SATICISELLER
ALICI: pathgcode.com üzerinden üye olan ve işbu sözleşme konusu hizmeti satın alan gerçek/tüzel kişi (kayıt sırasında beyan edilen ad, soyad, e-posta ve ülke bilgileriyle tanımlanır).
BUYER: the individual or entity who registers on pathgcode.com and purchases the service that is the subject of this agreement (identified by the name, email, and country provided at registration).
İşbu sözleşmenin konusu, ALICI'nın SATICI'ya ait pathgcode.com internet sitesi ve/veya PathGCode masaüstü uygulaması üzerinden elektronik ortamda satın aldığı, aşağıda nitelikleri ve satış fiyatı belirtilen dijital abonelik hizmetinin satışı ve ifası ile ilgili olarak 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği hükümleri gereğince tarafların hak ve yükümlülüklerinin belirlenmesidir.
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of the digital subscription service that the BUYER purchases electronically through the SELLER's pathgcode.com website and/or the PathGCode desktop application, described below, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
PathGCode, 3D baskı için parametrik model tasarımı, dilimleme (slicing) ve G-code üretimi yapan bir yazılım aboneliğidir. Abonelik paketleri:

Güncel fiyatlar ve paket kapsamları pathgcode.com/#fiyatlandirma sayfasında yayınlanır. Abonelik, ALICI iptal etmediği sürece dönem sonunda otomatik olarak yenilenir ve seçilen paketin bedeli kayıtlı ödeme yöntemine tahsil edilir.
Current prices and plan details are published at pathgcode.com/#fiyatlandirma. Unless cancelled by the BUYER, the subscription automatically renews at the end of each period and the plan's fee is charged to the registered payment method.
İşbu sözleşme konusu ürün fiziksel bir mal olmayıp, elektronik ortamda anında ifa edilen bir yazılım hizmetidir. Kargo veya fiziksel teslimat söz konusu değildir. Ödemenin başarıyla onaylanmasının ardından ALICI'nın hesabı anında aktive edilir ve seçilen pakete ait özellikler (model kaydetme, G-code dışa aktarma vb.) kullanıma açılır.
The product covered by this agreement is not a physical good; it is a software service performed instantly in electronic form. There is no shipping or physical delivery. Once payment is confirmed, the BUYER's account is activated immediately and the features of the selected plan (model saving, G-code export, etc.) become available.
Ödemeler, SATICI'nın anlaşmalı olduğu ödeme kuruluşu (iyzico) üzerinden kredi/banka kartı ile tahsil edilir. Kart bilgileri SATICI'nın sunucularında hiçbir şekilde saklanmaz; ödeme kuruluşunun PCI-DSS uyumlu altyapısı üzerinden işlenir. Abonelik dönemsel olarak otomatik yenilenir; ALICI istediği zaman iptal edebilir (bkz. İptal ve İade Koşulları).
Payments are collected via credit/debit card through the SELLER's payment partner (iyzico). Card details are never stored on the SELLER's servers; they are processed through the payment partner's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. The subscription renews automatically each period; the BUYER may cancel at any time (see Cancellation & Refund Terms).
Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği'nin 15. maddesi uyarınca, elektronik ortamda anında ifa edilen hizmetler ve tüketiciye anında teslim edilen gayrimaddi mallara ilişkin sözleşmelerde ALICI'nın cayma hakkı bulunmamaktadır. Ancak SATICI, ALICI lehine ek bir imkân olarak, aboneliğin istenilen zamanda iptal edilebilmesini ve iptal edilen aboneliğin ödenmiş dönemin sonuna kadar kullanılmaya devam edilebilmesini sağlamaktadır (bkz. İptal ve İade Koşulları).
Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the BUYER does not have a right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer. However, as an additional benefit, the SELLER allows the subscription to be cancelled at any time, with continued access through the end of the already-paid period (see Cancellation & Refund Terms).
İşbu sözleşmeden doğan uyuşmazlıklarda, Ticaret Bakanlığı'nca ilan edilen parasal sınırlar dahilinde ALICI'nın yerleşim yerindeki Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri ile Tüketici Mahkemeleri yetkilidir.
Disputes arising from this agreement fall under the jurisdiction of the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER's place of residence, within the monetary limits announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
ALICI, pathgcode.com üzerinden üye olup ödeme adımını tamamladığında işbu sözleşmenin tüm maddelerini okuduğunu ve kabul ettiğini beyan eder.
By registering on pathgcode.com and completing the payment step, the BUYER confirms having read and accepted all provisions of this agreement.
