Bu Kullanım Şartları, Rootlab Tasarım ve Otomasyon Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti. ("SATICI", "biz") tarafından sunulan pathgcode.com web sitesi ve PathGCode masaüstü uygulamasının ("Hizmet") kullanımını düzenler. Hizmete kayıt olarak veya kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
These Terms of Use govern your use of the pathgcode.com website and the PathGCode desktop application ("Service"), provided by Rootlab Tasarım ve Otomasyon Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti. ("we", "us"). By registering for or using the Service, you accept these terms.
PathGCode, 3D baskı için parametrik model tasarımı, dilimleme (slicing) ve G-code üretimi yapan bir yazılım aboneliğidir. Hizmet, Trial, Monthly ve Yearly olmak üzere farklı paketlerle sunulur; her paketin kapsamı fiyatlandırma sayfasında belirtilir.
PathGCode is a software subscription for parametric model design, slicing, and G-code generation for 3D printing. The Service is offered under different plans — Trial, Monthly, and Yearly — each described on the pricing page.
Hesabınıza ait şifreyi gizli tutmak ve hesabınız üzerinden gerçekleşen tüm işlemlerden sorumlu olmak sizin yükümlülüğünüzdedir. Kayıt sırasında verdiğiniz bilgilerin (ad, soyad, e-posta, ülke) doğru olduğunu beyan edersiniz. Hesabınızda yetkisiz bir kullanım fark ederseniz derhal bize bildirmelisiniz.
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You confirm that the information you provide at registration (name, email, country) is accurate. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
PathGCode yazılımı, kaynak kodu, arayüz tasarımı ve markası SATICI'nın münhasır mülkiyetindedir. Aboneliğiniz size yazılımı kullanma hakkı (lisans) tanır; yazılımın mülkiyetini devretmez. Yazılımı tersine mühendislik yapamaz, kopyalayamaz, yeniden dağıtamaz veya alt lisans veremezsiniz.
The PathGCode software, its source code, interface design, and brand are the exclusive property of the SELLER. Your subscription grants you a license to use the software; it does not transfer ownership. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, redistribute, or sublicense the software.
PathGCode ile oluşturduğunuz 3D modeller, G-code çıktıları ve tasarımlar size aittir; bunlar üzerinde SATICI hiçbir hak iddia etmez.
The 3D models, G-code outputs, and designs you create with PathGCode belong to you; the SELLER claims no rights over them.
Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur. SATICI, kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışma garantisi vermez. SATICI, Hizmet üzerinden üretilen G-code çıktılarının kullanımından (örneğin bir 3D yazıcıda hatalı baskı, malzeme kaybı veya donanım hasarı) doğabilecek dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz; kullanıcı üretilen çıktıları kendi yazıcısında kullanmadan önce doğrulamakla yükümlüdür.
The Service is provided "as is". The SELLER does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The SELLER is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of G-code output produced through the Service (e.g. a failed print, wasted material, or hardware damage on a 3D printer); the user is responsible for verifying output before running it on their own printer.
SATICI, bu şartların ihlal edilmesi (örneğin lisans paylaşımı, kötüye kullanım) durumunda hesabınızı askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutar. Siz de aboneliğinizi dilediğiniz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz.
The SELLER reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if these terms are violated (e.g. license sharing, abuse). You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Bu şartları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişikliklerde sizi e-posta yoluyla veya uygulama içinde bilgilendiririz. Değişiklik sonrası Hizmeti kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or within the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Bu şartlardan doğan uyuşmazlıklarda Türk mahkemeleri ve tüketici hakem heyetleri yetkilidir (bkz. Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesi).
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes arising from these terms fall under the jurisdiction of Turkish courts and consumer arbitration committees (see Distance Sales Agreement).
